DW and Girls

This is Darkwing Duck along with a fan character created by named Lyra. In her fanfic Lyra is DW's biological 16 year old daughter. Behind them is her interpretation of 25 year old Gosalyn.

I felt like experimenting with a certain style of lineart that involved blocked-out shading and drawing parallel hatch lines using a T-square. I tried to create a decent balance of white, black, and graytone.

EDIT: I filled Goz's legs in with black and removed some elements from underneath DW to simplify the picture and accentuate Lyra's silhouette better.
