This is a shot out to my friend Leigh ([link]), who donned the Rainbow Brite costume for a third Halloween in a row, ever perfecting its sublte nuances.

My greatest achievement here was making a painting of an eighties cartoon character, naming it after a Ronnie James Dio song, and making it work.

actually i was wondering if you'd like to join the group. ^^ when we put pieces in our fav folder, they aren't displayed to everyone, so I thought it be nice exposure for your art if i invited you. :hug: that way, if you ever find yourself feeling rainbowish...you can submit whenever you want. ^^ and thank you very much. it was so unexpected :blush:

OK I just sent in a request. I didn't really think I'd do anymore RB stuff, but I remembered I might get an urge to do something with Murky pretty soon. If I get in the group I'll share the Rainbow in the Dark piece with the group.

FYI, would you be willing to believe that the guy who did the voice for Murky (moustached midget) is the same actor who was the original Optimus Prime (as well as in the new movie)? It's positively true!
