Thanks! I kept a few elements from my last version and tweaked them a bit, and generally made her look more like a normal girl and less like a cyber ninja. Hopefully this is more in line with what they're looking for.

this is SO SWEET man! that face is probably your best structured I've ever seen, it's simply unbelievable. outfit is so rocking too. especially that HAIR. AWESOME.
just one thing- maybe toss another colour on for the background, pure white is always a really poor judge of the foreground colours. other than that this is seriously PERFECT. champion!

I could see her being British, though the costume is kind of hard to place in any particular culture. I wonder if she is the type who would wear slap braclets.
